How do you handle location-specific promotions?
Every customer in your database is tagged to their primary store location. When a location needs a store-specific promotion, whether it's a local vendor day, a location anniversary, or a market-specific deal, we segment and send to only that store's audience. Brand-wide campaigns go to everyone. It all runs from the same platform and dashboard.
What if our locations are in different states with different compliance rules?
We build compliance rules into the segmentation and campaign approval workflow for each state. Content restrictions, required disclaimers, opt-in requirements, and sending windows are all configured at the location level. How long does onboarding take for multi-location clients?
Typically 2 to 4 weeks depending on the number of locations and the complexity of your current setup. The domain warmup process runs in parallel.
Do you charge per location?
Pricing is based on total audience size and campaign volume across all locations, not a per-location fee. This means adding a new location doesn't automatically increase your costs, it only changes if your total list size or sending volume increases significantly. No contracts, month to month, 30-day cancellation notice.
