Our hosting provider, Cloudflare Pages, also collects basic server-level data including IP addresses and request headers as part of its standard content delivery and security operations.

We use the information we collect for a limited set of purposes. Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and to follow up if you have expressed interest in our services. Cloudflare Pages hosts and serves our website. As part of its content delivery network and security services, Cloudflare processes standard connection data. Each of these providers operates under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review those policies if you have concerns about how they handle data.

We also use Lodestar Pulse, our own analytics tool, to record anonymous clicks and scrolling on this site, without cookies, IP addresses, or anything you type, so we can improve its design.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages from Gold Standard Solutions, we use that number only to send the messages you signed up for, such as replies to your inquiries, appointment and account updates, and, if you opted in to them, marketing updates. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of information described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is the messaging service provider that delivers our texts, which processes your number solely to send messages on our behalf.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses a limited number of cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies (including _ga and _gid) to distinguish unique visitors and track session information. These cookies are used exclusively for analytics purposes and do not contain any personally identifiable information. They typically expire between 24 hours and two years after being set, depending on the specific cookie.

Cloudflare may set performance and security cookies as part of its content delivery and bot-detection services. Google Analytics data is retained according to the default retention settings configured in our Google Analytics property, which is currently set to 14 months. After that period, individual-level analytics data is automatically deleted by Google. Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained for longer periods to help us understand long-term trends in site usage.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On, which is available for all major browsers.
